PRIMARY FUNCTION/GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION The Director of Cardiovascular Services is responsible for the integration, facilitation, and coordination of administrative and clinical practice for the care center/division. This position serves as a professional role model, leader, mentor, and clinical resource/educator for nurse managers and other members of the health care team. The dire develops SOP goals and objectives with staff based on analysis of targeted outcome measures of clinical and managerial processes. Improves operational excellence for patients related to cost, quality, service, and patient outcomes. Is a liaison to internal and external customers, including physicians. Participates in business development activities. Is accountable for overall budget development, monitoring and variance analysis. EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS A BSN or Bachelors in Health Administration, Science, Public Health or related field.A MSN, MBA, or MHA is preferred. If an RN, must possess current license as a Registered Nurse from the State of Virginia or awaiting reciprocity. Must maintain current CPR certification. Minimum of three (3) years of leadership/management experience in an acute care setting. Knowledge of administrative and clinical systems, skills in systems development and implementation, evidence of excellent personnel management, communication skills and fiscal management, knowledge of quality management, and performance improvement strategies and tools. Must have minimum of five (5) years of experience.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
