The ideal candidate will be proficient with administrative support processes and have an ability to document, manage and track all activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with our legal team to ensure compliance with company policies and perform administrative tasks in a very fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage files, e-mail, and calendars.
Draft correspondence or pleadings.
Prepare and file results from court appearances.
Arrange meetings and conferences.
Work on projects according to schedule.
Report back to attorney.
