At least one plus years in a dental front office --required Working with insurance companies to verify patient benefits and coverage Answering and responding to telephone calls with professionalism Scheduling and confirming patients' appointments according to protocol and patient preferences Complete knowledge of all financial options and offer accordingly to patients Going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service Morrison Dental Group is a family owned and operated practice since 1992.
