We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to work in our Midlothian Va office.
The main job duties are handling front desk with answering a multi line phone system and scheduling service calls.
Also, supporting the service managers with their schedule and customer follow up.
Accuracy and attention detail is required.
A qualified candidate is detailed oriented, organized and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
At least one year of Quickbooks and Microsoft office experience is required.
Must have technical skills that will support our Company in the goal of becoming paperless, be able to prioritize Job duties, and have Outside the Box Thinking.
This position is Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm and one Saturday every six weeks.
