The Office Manager will ensure all office processes are performed according to SERVPRO Franchise procedures and processes, with completed jobs meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesoMonitor job files for completion, according to SERVPRO Franchise procedures and processesoManage office staff, overseeing performance management and training of assigned staffoPrepare weekly monthly reports, ensuring information is accurate and reported by established deadlinesoAssist in scheduling jobs for completion, as needed oReview customer calls and develop training plans to continually improve customer service oManage timely resolution of customer concerns and questionsoAssist with after-hours questions, technical support, and handling customer calls, as neededoOrganize meetings and office eventsoComplete assigned on call rotation, serving as the main point of contact for after-hours jobs and customer inquiries oContinue knowledge and understanding of corporate and insurance guidelines Qualificationso(5) years of office, accounting, or customer service management experience, preferably in restoration industry oExperience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills preferredoCapability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environmentoSolid organization and planning capabilities, with strong attention to detailoOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAll employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
