Job Description Job Description The primary responsibility for this role is to interact with ministry-based customers to provide detailed information on products and services.
Answering phones, responding to emails, and listening to the clients' needs and concerns.
Qualifications Property and Casualty Insurance License.
High school diploma or GED.
Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Completing customers requests and following up on endorsement requests.
Learning and understanding company insurance products.
Answering calls and responding to customer questions.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording all details in agency management system.
Recommending available products to prospects and existing customers.
Other duties as assigned Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain policy information and concepts Develop and establish relationships with new and existing customers Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Time management Basic computer skills Friendly and professional behavior Willing to train with previous customer service experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
