Obtaining Leads Scheduling Estimate Appointments Meeting with potential clients on-site Some Digital Marketing Design Rendering Quoting Visits prospective clients on site to evaluate home remodeling projects.
Site evaluation will include greeting, interacting with, and educating clients on best solutions for their request; taking notes and measurements to prepare estimate; taking photos for upload to estimating system; and presenting a professional image of company to clients.
Preparing cost estimates, proposals, design agreements and other necessary paperwork for prospective clients for presentation of company information and cost estimates.
Follow up with potential clients after sending estimates; collecting payments Manage a daily schedule and work closely with office staff for review of final presentation materials.
