Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Supportive Admin Tasks:
-Assist the tax preparation team with administrative tasks.
-Organize, manage, and maintain tax credit files and reports.
-Help with paperwork for tax credits like the SETC.
2.
Collaboration:
-Work closely with the tax team for accurate filing.
-Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary info.
-Keep everyone in the loop with regular updates in team meetings.
3.
Efficient Data Entry and Reporting:
-Input data accurately into software and Microsoft Office.
-Assist in creating reports on tax credits and amendments.
-Ensure all information is entered on time and error-free.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Typing speed of 50
words per minute.
-Professional and personable.
-Handles sensitive information carefully.
-Detail-oriented and organized.
-Strong written and verbal communication.
-Thrives in fast-paced multitasking environments.
