Dreyfuss Community Association Representative is a professional with their communication and interaction with residents, vendors, and fellow employees.
They are responsible when fulfilling job duties, complete tasks correctly the first time, pursue assistance when needed and participate with management in the successful operation of their assigned community.
Our Community Association Representative supports and promotes Dreyfuss Management standards and culture.
Fundamental characteristics and skills required are:
-Enforcing community rules and regulations; govern landscaping, maintenance, vendor, contractor requirements, inspects and issues on-street parking violations.
-Monitors and organizes community activities/events -Investigates and resolves complaints to include but not limited to documentation of owner violations -Vendor management; Oversees upkeep in common areas, clubhouse, mailroom, swimming pool, breezeways, schedules necessary repairs with community managers approval.
-Inspects grounds daily -Financial management and reporting; Assists in collection of association fees, payments of expenses, such as contractor invoices -Weekly community newsletter electronically sent and or hand delivered to homeowners -Open communication with board members -Assists with completion of board packages for meeting -Assists with resale packages and questionnaire completion -Supports committee functions -Administrative duties; planning and attending board meetings, contract reviews This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who would like to participate in and contribute to the future with a professional, well-established management company.
