The RN must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure as an RN in the State of Virginia. One year of previous surgical experience is preferred. Our nurses must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with other team members, enjoy preoperative teaching, embrace continous learning and process changes that embody our mission of rendering quality care with compassion.
