HR Coordinator

Our client is in need of a temporary Human Resources Coordinator who will work on assigned project work and assist with daily Human Resources processes and administration for a period of 3-5 months.
Position will be responsible for assigned project work to include but not limited to:
Creation of Generic Job descriptions for all site businesses. Review current site job descriptions, propose and prepare generic level versions in the latest US template.
Site HR policy review and revision
Other projects as assigned
Assist with immigration document preparation and processing
Assist with operational and department Reporting
Work is mainly in an office environment. Must be flexible to work across the 4 local Site locations occasionally as needed. (Requires transportation). Possibility to be in office or factory setting at our Factory location.
BS degree with concentration in HR or business desired or demonstrated related 8 years of experience.
2+ years related generalist or recruiting experience required.
Records retention review and archiving.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and emerging priority needs.
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information (Confidentiality Agreement required).
Demonstrated experience with MC Office Suite (Advanced level)
Prior work with HRIS data and systems desired.
Immigration processing experience desired.
Authorization to work in the US without any further action from client.
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
