Networking Technologies and Support, Inc. (NTS) is currently seeking an Executive Assistant who is responsible for providing professional support to the NTS senior staff and to the President through a variety of clerical and administrative functions. The incumbent must have an extensive knowledge of general business practices and office administrative procedures and best practices. Incumbent must be detailed oriented, and must carry out all duties with a courteous demeanor and a sense of urgency. Incumbent must be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and complete multiple tasks. The Executive Assistant deals with a diverse group of important external callers, visitors and clients as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. The Executive Assistant will prepare complex documents and written materials (e.g. correspondence, reports, presentations, e-mails, agendas) for internal and external communications. Incumbent is required to coordinate all tasks associated with the on-site training center. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. Incumbent will work independently as well as receive frequent supervision and instruction.
Requirements:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED; minimum of 5 years of general office work experience in a corporate environment, including creating reports and presentations, updating and maintaining SharePoint Databases, Expert use of MS Office Suite and Outlook, as well as excellent client service experience. Incumbent must have reliable transportation. In addition to commuting to and from work the administrative assistant will be called upon to complete various errands from time to time. Incumbent must be able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
